Documents Required to Complete Your Application
When submitting your online application, please ensure you upload the following documents:
- Your O-Level certificate.
- Any additional qualifications or certificates you may have.
- If you are a transfer student, your full university transcript / upload a screenshot of your results from your former university portal.
- A copy of your Identity card / NRC or Passport.
Ensure all documents are clear and legible.
How to Pay Your Application Fee
The application fee is USD $20 for international students and ZMW 200 for local (Zambian) students. Please follow these steps:
- Wait for your results to be verified by the Admissions Officer before making any payment.
- Once verified, choose one of the following payment methods:

- Once the payment is done, you must upload the proof of payment or send it directly to the Admissions Office.
Please note: All communication should be done with the Admissions Office directly. Do not contact the Finance Department during the application process. Ensure all details are accurate so your application is processed smoothly.
